Lisa Grunberger’s doctorate is in Comparative Religions and American Cultural History from the University of Chicago. She is currently working on an ethnographic theatre project on infertility and assisted reproductive technologies. She is an Assistant Professor in English and Creative Writing at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. She has written two books — Yiddish Yoga: Ruthie’s Adventures in Love, Loss and the Lotus Position (Harper Collins Press, 2009) and a collection of poetry, Born Knowing (Finishing Line Press, 2012).
