Andy Kolovos is a folklorist (PhD Indiana University) and archivist (MLS Indiana University) with interests in ethnographic archives, audio field recording, audio documentary, and ethnographic cartooning/graphic ethnography. He is the co-director and archivist of the Vermont Folklife Center, co-coordinator of the American Folklore Society’s National Folklore Archive Initiative (folklorecollections.org), and part of the the El viaje mas caro / The Most Costly Journey ethnographic cartooning project.
